Cosy and comfortable property located in the central island , it was a good base to explore the rest of Faroe Islands. The living and dining areas are the highlight of the property as they offer amazing views. The bedrooms are adequate. Despite being close to the main road the area is very quiet and peaceful.

La casa nella quale abbiamo alloggiato era esattamente come descritta, visibilmente di nuova costruzione, con interni di design, una bella cucina fornita e delle comode camere da letto, comodo il posto auto e vista sul fiordo davvero incantevole. Non abbiamo dato il massimo delle stelle solamente perchè la pulizia non è stata impeccabile: alcuni capelli sulle lenzuola, resti come tappi per orecchie e una mascherina da chi aveva probabilmente alloggiato prima e utensili della cucina non puliti (bicchieri specialmente) per cui abbiamo subito fatto una lavastoviglie che fotunatamente c'è e funziona molto bene; molto bella e comoda la macchinetta della caffe integrata nella cucina peccato che fosse completamente da pulire/svuotare dal caffè utilizzato ecc. Molto comodo che ci sia una lavatrice/asciugatrice in bagno che abbiamo utilizzato con piacere. Ci è piaciuto moltissimo il design della casa e abbiamo apprezzato che il frigo fosse pulitissimo. Il prezzo è in linea con la zona.

Modern and seemingly brand new house with beautiful views of the sea and surrounding mountains, plus the nearby beach. The house is also overlooking the winding main road as well, but we were not bothered by noise or cars. A convenient location to the airport, the main capital of Torshavn, and various other points of interest. We spent a few days here--and did our Mykines tour and night out in Torshavn from here--before moving to a more remote area/house for the second half of our trip. The house was very clean, smartly designed, well stocked. The surrounding houses were very charming. We also liked that the bedrooms were in a different floor than the living room/kitchen. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Exceptional location with incredible views overlooking the ocean and mountain scenery, waterfalls when it rains, and has a sidewalk the goes down to the beach. The scenery is simply stunning and there are two beautiful towns on one side and easy access to all other drivable islands from this location. Logistical share: The 1st floor deck has no railings and 2nd floor balcony door has no deck, screen or railing and is open to the floor below. So be careful especially with kids.
