Vágar

Vágar has the islands' airport and some of their most photographed places. The Múlafossur waterfall drops straight into the ocean below Gásadalur, and the lake Sørvágsvatn appears to hang above the sea at Trælanípa. Boats leave Sørvágur in summer for the puffin island of Mykines.
