It takes about 15 minutes. Have these at hand — and if something's missing, just leave it blank:
- The property's address and size
- Number of bedrooms and beds (and widths, if you know them)
- Wi-Fi name and password
- The lockbox code, if there is one
- Where the fuse box and water stopcock are
