Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πανέμορφο, μοντέρνο και πολύ καλαίσθητο, με υπέροχη θέα. Ήταν καθαρό, λειτουργικό, με τις βασικές παροχές στην κουζίνα, σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία και ήσυχη γειτονιά. Ωστόσο, μας δυσκόλεψε πολύ η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη. Δύο ημέρες πριν την άφιξή μας έγινε αλλαγή του διαμερίσματος, χωρίς να μας σταλούν οι σωστές οδηγίες. Έτσι, όταν φτάσαμε προσπαθήσαμε να μπούμε σε λάθος διαμέρισμα, χωρίς να γνωρίζουμε ποιο ήταν το δικό μας ή πώς να εισέλθουμε. Προσπαθήσαμε επανειλημμένα να επικοινωνήσουμε με τον οικοδεσπότη, αλλά δεν απαντούσε. Τελικά εντοπίσαμε και μπήκαμε στο σωστό διαμέρισμα με τη βοήθεια ενός γείτονα, ενώ λάβαμε τις οδηγίες περίπου μία ώρα αργότερα. Και κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής υπήρξαν φορές που επικοινωνήσαμε για πρακτικά ζητήματα χωρίς να λάβουμε απάντηση. Πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα, αλλά η επικοινωνία χρειάζεται σημαντική βελτίωση.

Great spot in center city and easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was clean and quiet with great views of the harbor. Would absolutely stay here again.

Modern renovation of the apartment. Good location near the Tórshavn center and SMS supermarket. (Tip: expect some hilly walks from the bus station if not driving) The nearby youth center has some background noise; it was fine during school days, but may be livelier on holidays. There were just a few minor details that could be improved. The listing gave the impression that the washer and dryer were inside the apartment, but they are actually located in a shared building space. also noticed a slight lingering odor in the bathroom, and a small waste bin in there would be very helpful.
